Terms and Conditions for Santa Cruz Eyebrows

Welcome to Santa Cruz Eyebrows. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and interaction with our shop. By scheduling an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Santa Cruz Eyebrows provides cosmetic tattoo services, including but not limited to eyebrow tattoos, microblading, and related treatments. Our services are performed by licensed and trained professionals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Appointments

• Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service cost.
• Rescheduling and Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will lose their deposits and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your service.

3. Payment

• Fees: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various forms of payment including credit/debit cards and cash.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable once the service is performed. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment to discuss possible solutions or adjustments.

4. Health and Safety

• Consultation: A pre-service consultation may be required to assess your suitability for the treatment. Please disclose any relevant medical history or allergies.
• Aftercare: You will be provided with aftercare instructions. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure optimal results and minimize the risk of complications.
• Liability: While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, you acknowledge that cosmetic tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, and unsatisfactory results. By using our services, you agree to assume all risks associated with the treatment.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your health and medical history.
• Compliance: You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by Santa Cruz Eyebrows.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, images, and logos, are the property of Santa Cruz Eyebrows and may not be used without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
